This document, approved by the UK chiefs of staff, is a report on the minimum force requirement studies prepared by SACEUR, SACLANT, and the Allied Command Channel as the basis for MC70, the principal statement of NATO force needs under MC14/2, which further integrated nuclear weapons into NATO military strategy and planning.
