Description: Attached to this letter from Dutch Deputy Permanent Representative J. H. O. Insinger to Secretary General Manlio Brosio is the second part of a preliminary draft of a report on NATO tasks in regions outside the alliance area and on the bearing of events outside Europe on the effectiveness of the alliance as a factor for durable peace. The second part of the report addresses specific regions and problems to be addressed in future deliberations of Sub-Group 4.
