Description: This note from Romanian Ambassador to Washington Corneliu Bogdan refers to comments made by US representatives regarding the upcoming meeting of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC). Bogdan states that US officials are focusing their attention on questions of disagreement between the Warsaw Pact member states, such as the issue of West Berlin. Regarding West Berlin, the US would be satisfied if the practical questions of access and transit could be settled.
