Description: This set of five charts presents organizational details of NATO forces. The charts were presented during the 21st session of the Warsaw Pact's (WP) Committee of Ministers of Defense (CMD) in Moscow in 1988. The first table outlines the organization of US reconnaissance and air cavalry battalions. The other four schemes give information about the Greece and Turkish armed forces, including their strength and deployment, development, and infrastructure.
