Description:
This document reports on a meeting between Indian Prime Minister Nehru and Soviet General Secretary Khrushchev, at which the latter reports to Nehru on the relations between Western states and the USSR. The main issues discussed are the German Question and European as well as international security. Viewpoints from the summit are presented, including the Soviet proposal for a recognition of both Germanys and Eden's idea for guaranteeing Soviet security.
