Memorandum of Discussion between a Bulgarian (A. Nastev) and a Soviet Diplomat (Savelyev) on the Warsaw Treaty Working Group Meeting

Description: This memorandum of a discussion between Bulgarian diplomat A. Nastev and Soviet diplomat Vladimir Savelyev addresses the new plan for the meeting of the Warsaw Pact Multilateral Group for Mutual Exchange of Current Information and the importance of this organ in exchanging opinions on topical issues among the allied countries. Furthermore, Nastev and Savelyev discuss the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Hungary and Czechoslovakia.
