Speaking Brief by Canadian Permanent Representative

-undated-
Description: This document set comprises a report in French summarizing a Canadian statement, as well as the statement itself in English. The Canadian representative to NATO lists the objectives of his country; one of these is to provide the alliance with a public justification of its purposes.
