Description: This is the transcript of a speech given by the Polish Foreign Minister at the 1989 meeting of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) in Warsaw. He underlines Poland's desire to further democratize relations within the Warsaw Pact and to support the changes in the structure of the organization. He also points to the immutability of European borders and advocates intensified economic cooperation with Western Europe.
