These notes reports on several conversations between Indian ministers, the members of the Planning Commission of India and visiting Soviet First Deputy Premier Kosygin. The latter reports on his impressions of his visits to several Indian industrial plants and state enterprises. Kosygin recommends several changes to Indian planning organization and practices drawing on Soviet experiences. He also comments on trade relations between both countries, proposing various barter agreements.
