Hungarian Proposals for Warsaw Pact Reform: Proposal by the Defense Minister (Lajos Czinege)

Description: In this document, Hungarian Minister of National Defense Lajos Czinege asks the Politburo of the Hungarian Socialist Workers Party (HSWP) for authorization to present organizational proposals at an upcoming meeting of the Warsaw Pact foreign ministers. The proposals mainly concern the composition, organization, and subordinated bodies of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC).
