Speech by Politburo Member of the CPSU (Leonid Zamjatin) to Delegates of Central Committees of Warsaw Pact Members States

Description: In this speech by the Secretary of the Politburo of the CPSU, Leonid Zamjatin, the Soviet strategy with respect to recent disarmament proposals is outlined to visiting delegates of central committees of the Bloc countries. The Bloc countries are requested to coordinate their information and propaganda activities following Gorbachev’s announcement of the nuclear disarmament proposal on 15 January 1986.
