The Historical Experience of the Neutral
and Non-aligned States in the CSCE
22-23 February 2007, Vienna, Austria
On 22-23 February 2007 a two-day oral history conference was held in Vienna, Austria, on the history of the neutral and non-aligned states in the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) during the Cold War. The conference was organized by the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (OIIP), Vienna, together with the PHP's Austrian partner, the Institute for Strategy and Security Policy of the National Defence Academy, Vienna.
In line with its long-standing interest in the evolution of the CSCE, the PHP makes available a conference report and summary minutes of the conference. The proceedings include statements by former CSCE delegation members Jaakko Iloniemi, Hans-Jörg Renk, and Franz Ceska.
