Fourth PHP Workshop

The PHP held its 4th workshop on Saturday, 16 November 2002 in Zurich. It was hosted by the Center for Security Studies (CSS). Partners and associates as well as scholars and archivists reported about the state of Cold War research and the progress of declassification in their respective countries.
