This resolution of the Political Consultative Committee (PPC), adopted at the 1961 meeting in Moscow with regard to the incidents and alleged attack on the naval base at Vlorë, requires the Albanian government to provide all necessary information and explanations for the failure to report the attack to the supreme commander of the United Armed Forces in a timely manner.
