Description: This document is the second letter of reply from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to Daniele Ganser. It addresses Ganser's declined Freedom of Information Act request of 14 December 2000 on Operation Gladio, which was followed by an appeal on 23 January 2001. The CIA's response explains that Ganser's appeal has been accepted, but that delays must be expected in the processing of the appeal.
