Speech by the General Secretary of the KSČ (Gustáv Husák)

Description: This is a transcript of a speech given by the General Secretary of the Czechoslovak Communist Party Gustáv Husák at the 1970 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow. He expresses agreement with the international policy of the Soviet Union and supports the West German-Polish negotiations, and UN accession of both German states. Additionally, he declares the Czechoslovak readiness to negotiate the annulment of the Munich Agreement of 1938.
