Description:
This resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers addresses the provision of free military aid to Nicaragua. The first part of the resolution lists the authorities responsible for the supply of equipment as well as those in charge of delivery and funding. The second part records that the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense is sending three military doctors to Nicaragua in support of the medical service there, and will enroll nine Nicaraguan doctors for vocational specialization in Bulgaria.
