Report by Bulgarian Defense Minister (Dobri Dzurov) on Free Military Aid to Laos

Description: This report by Bulgarian Defense Minister Dobri Dzurov deals with a request from Laotian Defense Minister Camtai Sifandon for delivery of military and medical equipment to Laos. Dzurov suggests that the Bulgarian Council of Ministers approve the provision of free aid to Laos as well as training for Laotian military personnel in Bulgaria.
