Description: This is a report by Bulgarian Defense Minister Dobri Dzurov on the provision of military assistance to Syria. Dzurov reviews Syria's request for military assistance to the Ba'athist as-Sa'iqa group, which is engaged in guerilla warfare with Israel. Enclosed is a draft resolution on this issue.
