Description: According to this note, Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko received the deputy foreign ministers of the Warsaw Pact states after their meeting in Moscow to discuss the strategy that the Socialist countries should adopt at the 38th session of the UN General Assembly, as recommended by the Soviet Union.
