Stenographic Transcript of the Meeting of the Romanian Council of Defense

Description: This stenographic transcript of the Romanian Council of Defense meeting addresses the improvement of Romania's military structures. In the council's opinion, high-quality equipment, discipline, and good preparation are necessary despite the disarmament process. During the meeting, shortcomings in the areas of border security, air power, and artillery are discussed. The commanders of chemical warfare and engineering units report on their troops' activities. The increase of the quality of military products is mentioned as a goal of the defense reform and linked with the possibility of exporting weapons.
