Draft Resolution on State of, and Cooperation Between, the Warsaw Pact's Naval Forces

Description: This is a draft resolution on the state of, and cooperation between, the Warsaw Pact naval forces. It was prepared for the second session of the Warsaw Pact Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in Sofia in 1970. The draft suggests the introduction of new armaments and structures, and proposes new methods of cooperation in the Baltic and in the Black Sea.
