Description: In this letter, Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Lyuben Gotsev requests information from First Deputy Minister of Defense Atanas Semerdjiev about the political-military situation on NATO's southern flank in order to prepare the Bulgarian delegation for the forthcoming meeting of the Warsaw Pact Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA).
