Extract of Memorandum of Conversation between the First Secretary of the CC of the CPSU (Nikita S. Khrushchev) and the First Secretary of the KSC (Antonín Novotný)

8 Jun 1962
Description: In this extract of a memorandum of the conversation between the first secretary of the CC of the CPSU, Nikita Khrushchev, and the first secretary of the KSC, Antonín Novotný, Khrushchev severely criticizes the positions of East German leader Walter Ulbricht on the economic situation in East Germany and the German question, and states that Ulbricht is not up to date, and probably already senile.
