Report by Bulgarian Minister of Health (Kiril Ignatov) on Delivery of Medical Aid to North Vietnam

Description: This is a report by Bulgarian Minister of Health Kiril Ignatov on the provision of medical aid to North Vietnam. Ignatov's report addresses the construction and equipment of a 250-bed hospital promised to North Vietnam.
