Report by Bulgarian Minister of Health (Kiril Ignatov) on Delivery of Medical Aid to North Vietnam

Description: This is a report by Bulgarian Minister of Health Kiril Ignatov on the provision of medical aid to North Vietnam. Ignatov's report addresses the construction and equipment of a 250-bed hospital promised to North Vietnam. The report reviews a number of issues related to the hospital, including technical and organizational questions. The annex contains a draft resolution by the Council of Ministers on this issue.
