Scenario for NVA 35th Army Corps, "Nordwind" Exercise

Description: This is a set of two orders given to nuclear artillery units of the East German National People's Army (NVA) during an exercise north of Berlin in 1962. In this exercise, NVA troops, who performed the role of an attacker, receive nuclear weapons to support the achievement of the given objectives. The document specifies which units are to be subordinated to the attacking force, as wellas the type and number of nuclear weapons assigned to them, and sets operational and time targets.
