Report on Conversation Between Marshal Viktor Kulikov and Senior East German Military Officials

Description: This is an account of a meeting between the supreme commander of the United Armed Forces (UAF), Viktor Kulikov, and East German generals in Dresden. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss future cooperation with the Polish armed forces as well as the current situation in Poland. Kulikov also talks about the UAF's special command center based near the Polish town of Legnica, and discusses the activities of Soviet officials in the Soviet embassy in Warsaw.
