Council of Ministers Resolution No. P-150 on Free Aid to North Vietnam for 1965-1966

Description: This is a resolution passed by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers on the provision of free aid to North Vietnam from 1965 to 1966. The resolution approves an agreement on this issue and instructs the Bulgarian authorities to adjust the appropriate plans, and to prepare the goods for delivery. The deliveries have a value of 2.3 million Rubles, plus 700,000 Rubles in armaments.
