Description:
In this letter, East German leader Walter Ulbricht informs Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev about the activities of the US, British, and French military missions on East German territory. In the light of material confiscated from Western spies, Ulbricht calls for further cooperation between the intelligence agencies of East Germany and the Soviet Union.
