Description: This document is a transcript of a speech given by the general secretary of the Romanian Communist Party (RCP) Nicolae Ceauşescu at the meeting of Warsaw Pact party leaders. Ceauşescu discusses the situation in Poland, stating specifically that Poland should solve its problems on its own and that any intervention from abroad would be wrong.
