Description: This is a transcript of an interview with General Jozef Činčár (b. 1922), a former Czechoslovak deputy minister of defense and general of the air force (1969-1973) responsible for aviation and national air defense. He talks about the tasks of the Czechoslovak Air Force and the principles of military training and cooperation in the 1960s and 1970s, stating that the air force also trained for nuclear strikes.
