During this meeting between the Chairman of the Communist Party of India, Shripat Amrit Dange, and members of the Romanian Workers' Party Central Committee, one of the main topics discussed is the Sino-Indian border conflict.
Dange describes the difficult situation the Indian CP finds itself in since the outbreak of the conflict. Dange sees the Chinese actions on the border as aggressive and defends his support for Nehru in the question.
