Description:
This report presented to the Politburo of the Bulgarian Communist Party provides information about the activities and decisions adopted at the 1985 PCC meeting in Sofia. Among the main issues are the proposal outlined in the declaration that the Soviet Union and the US stop producing conventional weapons with a capacity of weapons of mass destruction and the necessity to boost economic and technological development within the Warsaw Pact. Romania's separatist position is criticized.
