Polish Evaluation of the Draft Declaration

Description: This document evaluates the draft declaration of the 1978 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow on the state of disarmament, threats from NATO countries, and human rights. It criticizes that the inviolability of post-war borders and international economic aspects were not included. Attached is a list with propositions for amendments and changes to the declaration.
