Speech by the General Secretary of the PCR (Nicolae Ceauşescu)

Description: This is a transcript of a speech given by the general secretary of the Romanian Communist Party, Nicolae Ceauşescu, at the 1970 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow. He assesses the Treaty of Moscow and proposes future steps for deepening the peace and security process in Europe. At the end of the speech, he rejects the idea of a Warsaw Pact consultative committee on foreign policy.
