Letter from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union22 Sep 1961 |
||
Description:
In this letter of reply to the CC of the CPSU, the CC of the Chinese Communist Party lists its reasons for refusing to accept the Soviet proposal for China's inclusion in the UN. The argument is that the question of China's membership in the UN should be discussed separately from the question of the country's participation in the negotiations on disarmament.
