Description: This document is a transcript of a speech by the General Secretary of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party Yumjaagiin Tsedenbal at the July 1973 Crimea meeting. Tsedenbal comments on the success of detente and recent negotiations with the US. With regard to China, he details Beijing's aggressive and irredentist views on Mongolia and asks for support against these designs.
