Description: This memorandum from the Department for International Relations of the Bulgarian Communist Party's Central Committee supports the proposal to assist Zanzibar with military and other material aid. The memorandum reviews Zanzibar's evolution to a Socialist People's Republic and sketches the history of its diplomatic recognition by Bulgaria and other Socialist countries.
