Memorandum on the Forthcoming PCC Meeting in Bucharest

Description: In this memorandum, the Polish position on a number of issues for the forthcoming PCC meeting is outlined. The topics covered are the question of the Eastern Bloc's external relations in the new security environment and additional arms reductions in the realm of biological and chemical weapons but also regarding conventional weaponry. Poland is interested in further reductions in the Central European area.
