Description: This document discusses measures against violations of East German law by the Military Liaison Missions (MLM). Protests are seen as an important way of expressing East Berlin's discontent with illegal actions of the MLM. The document goes on to demand better cooperation between the High Command of the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany and the East German Ministry of State Security (Ministerium für Staatssicherheit).
