Description: This document is a report by the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs addressing the East Berlin consultation of the Warsaw Pact (WP) deputy foreign ministers. The report summarizes the issues discussed in East Berlin, including cooperation between WP countries and non-aligned countries as well as problems such as the increasing debts of developing countries. The WP deputy foreign ministers recommend better coordination among the Socialist countries in their relations with developing countries. They also stress the importance of intensified diplomatic and propaganda activities.
