East German Report on and Conclusions from the Meeting

Description: This East German report on the 1983 Prague Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting summarizes its contents and outcomes: (i) proposal to the NATO signatories for a treaty on the mutual renunciation of military violence between NATO and Warsaw Pact, (ii) modernization of the United Armed Forces and (iii) a communiqué on the treaty initiative between Warsaw Pact and NATO. Attached are an agenda of the meeting and an East German action plan to communicate the outcomes.
