Description: This is a draft decision regarding a Soviet peace initiative that was prepared for the 12th session of the Warsaw Pact's (WP) Committee of Defense Ministers in Warsaw in 1979. The draft was sent by the Supreme Commander of the WP's United Armed Forces, Viktor Kulikov, to East German Defense Minister Heinz Hoffmann. Kulikov asks Hoffmann for his opinion about the draft.
