Subject: Recall of Soviet Advisors from Romania

Description: This letter from the Central Committee of the CPSU deals with the issue of Soviet experts working in Romania. It explains that since qualified Romanian cadres have also been trained in all economic and cultural fields, the further presence of Soviet advisors and experts might hamper the development of the Romanian workers.
