Joint Declaration of the Warsaw Treaty States on the Berlin Wall (Draft)

Description: This document is a draft of a Warsaw Pact (WP) declaration on the necessity of securing the border between East and West Berlin. The document explains that due to continuous West German espionage activities, new measures for border security must be undertaken. The WP states declare that these measures will be in force until the German Question is resolved.
