Description: This letter from Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev to First Secretary Władysław Gomułka of the Polish United Worker's Party calls for a meeting of the Warsaw Pact Political Consultative Committee (PCC) to discuss the military preparedness and training of the United Armed Forces (UAF) of the Warsaw Pact states, as well as Mongolia's request for membership in the Warsaw Pact.
