Memorandum of Conversation between a Bulgarian (Neicho Neev) and a Hungarian Diplomat (István Szábó) on forthcoming Political Consultative Committee Meeting Dates

Description: In this memorandum, Bulgarian diplomat Neicho Neev records a conversation with his Hungarian colleague István Szábó, who informs him that the forthcoming Political Consultative Committee (PCC) Meeting requested by Hungary for December 1990 has been postponed to January-February 1991, due to Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev's heavy foreign-policy schedule. Further, Szábó requests information regarding Bulgarian Foreign Minister Lyuben Gotsev's visit to Brussels for a meeting with NATO representatives.
