This preparatory note for imminent talks with Marshal Kulikov contains the Polish position on the proposed common declaration for the forthcoming PCC meeting in Prague in January. According to its authors, it is the view of the Polish leadership that the military balance of power in Europe is called into question by the projected deployment of the Euromissiles.
