Appeal to NATO Member States for an Agreement on the Mutual Renunciation of Military Force

Description: This is a Warsaw Pact proposal on the non-use of force and the non-use of conventional and nuclear weapons, issued at the 1984 meeting of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) in Budapest. This proposal is to be signed by the member states of the Warsaw Pact and NATO, as well as other interested non-aligned states.
