Description:
This resolution of the Bulgarian Communist Party, adopted prior to the 1988 meeting of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC) in Warsaw, states that according to a letter received from the Soviet Union, if Romania should express its proposals for reforms in the Warsaw Pact, the Bulgarian delegation would make a suggestion that these proposals be evaluated and discussed by the Committee of Foreign Ministers (CMFA) and the Committee of Ministers of Defense (CMD).
